Panasonic and toshiba phone system

I'm in charge of all the phone systems in a large company and we have lots of Norstar systems.
We have 2 new systems that are being added to our community.
One is a Panasonic and the other is a Toshiba DK280.
Is there any web site or any documents available to manage those systems and their voice mail system?

The Toshiba's voicemail is a STRATEGY DK.
The other is a PANASONIC TVP.
What are the default PWD for these 2 models?
