How would a user access there voicemail via there handset on the system stated above?

Press Intercom
Then dial 107 or 115
then press #6*
Enter Extension
Then press #

?

yes press intercom dial voicemail ext(most likely 107/115) on 824 or dial in from an outside line. when voicemail answers answers dial #6* your mailbox number followed by your password followed by the pound/hash sign follow prompts

you may way to read the manuals all this is in the book....
