There is no audible ringing heard on second incoming call. Call waiting is enabled, but when the receptionist is off hook on the first call she says the second call is just a flashing CO key.
 
do an intercom 7312 at her desk also that second
line must be set to ring at her ext.
 
I was successful using call waiting code 7313. The other codes just did not make a difference. I confirmed the lines were assigned and ringing at her set. Thank you.
 
7311 will work also, but you also need to do Program 99 5,2. This turns on tone type 2. This enables the ring to come much sooner. Also, make sure forward is set to no answer only, that way calls do not drop into your mailbox if you have a voicemail.
