Having problems polling from Panpoll to a Panasonic 5000 POS system. Is there a flag that needs to be changed to allow polling. I don't have any problems with any of our other systems. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks

I have only done the older 7000's and they didn't. Make sure your flag for the rs232 port is set correctly to match that of the modem.
