Hi all,

A client using the system stated above currently has an answer phone (BT Response) as there messaging system. They would now like a messaging system in which they can dial in and pick up there voicemails.... Anyone got any ideas on what i can provide?

Can you dial into the following VM Card using the Panasonic 308:

Panasonic KX-TE82492 2 Channel Voicemail Card

what does the manual say about internal voicemail?

the bt response can be controlled remotely, there should be a pass code on it.

if you are not happy with it the ATL delta 40 answering machine is very good. I would not waste my money on the vm card as it is not great.
