Panasonic 3010 printer issue

I'm having issues with a Panasonic 3010. I've installed the printer the same way each time but on one workstation it does not print.
When I print a test page, It clears the print cue but no paper comes out nor is there any error messages.

Any suggestions?

Is there anything different on that workstation? Diff AV, Firewally, Antispyware, missing drivers, etc?
