Panasonic 3-08 Auto attendant

i have a customer who wants auto attendant on his 3-08 system.
after the options, and if the call is not answered, he wants the caller to leave a voicemail message.
is there only 1 channel on the OGM card, and if a second call rings in, will it keep ringing
till the OGM card is free again!
will i also need a message card to allow the caller to leave a message.

You will need svm card for messages or put a answering machine on a extension
