Panasonic 1232

I am going to a client site -New to me with an old Panasonic 1232 White cabinet. Issue today is door box stopped working. Any special things I need to look at ??? If the cable is good can I test out from KSU ???

check to see if the outdoor box is corroded at the screws. other wise tone the line if its good start with a new door box. the card is still available i'm sure if you need to replace it

What type of card is it, Not that familiar with the older stuff ???

Is it a Digital 1232 or analog? 1232D on the cover is Digital. old or new trace the door box wire to the unit. Open it if.. you tested what I first said. Make sure the system's off. Then pull out the card, or the connector to the main unit if everything looks good "not corroded" then reinstall it. Power back the unit and test again, If it works your home free... but if not, order that card and replace it. No programming is needed most times but.... you know the drill.. Good Luck.
