I am not familiar with this system what so ever and would like to ask a question to one of the Panasonic "guru's" on this site. We have a 1232 in our Guadalajara site in Mexico and would like to know if it's possible to program the system to automatically dial an 800 # (which is a terminating # for a carrier we use in Mexico)

Basically this is the scenerio.

User picks up the phone to dial a long distance # once the line is engaged is automatically dials 01 800 ### #### which connects to the carrier which provides the user a dial tone from the LD carrier the user would then procede to hit their speed dials on their respective phones to make a long distance call.

I know this sounds strange but it is what we would like to accomplish in our MExican office.

Thanks in advance.

Is it complicated to program? How long would it take a competent technician to do the programming on the phones there are approx. 12 sets at the site.

Thanks for the help.

it would take a good tech an hour tops!

you could also take each ext and set it for
pickup dial and could acomplish the same thing!

Hello,

I am looking for the td1232 program. I have the TA but not he TD. I am trying to remote into the system to make some changes.

Thanks
Tim

Sorry CT but I am no use to you like I said in my first post. "I am not familiar with Panasonics at all" Try the FAQ's and if that doesn't help then create your own thread.

Sorry about that. I thought I did make my own thread.

Thanks anyways.
