We moved an employee to a previously unused extension. I sat up their extension and calling and ringing work fine. The intercom function does not work. If they call another extension or transfer a call it rings 1/2 of a ring and hangs up. The same thing happens if another extension calls them or transfers a call. Is this a programing or port issue?
