Pana 576 - I can't seem to get distinctive ring to work on a virual ext.

Hello,

I'm a PBX tech that's certified on the 576. I have a customer that wants to have a DID ring differently so it can be answered appropriately. I didn't see anything about distinctive ring for DIDs. I pointed the DID to a virtual and programmed distinctive ring on the virtual. When you call the virtual station-to-station the distinctive ring works. When you call the DID, it rings on the phones assigned with the virtual with the normal trunk ring.

Any ideas?
