Palm Vx - Sync email from Outlook2003

Can someone tell me what i need to do to get this palm to sync email, everything else seems to work fine...

I installed from the original CD and set it up to Sync with Outlook as suggested. Not sure if the version of OL is the problem or if Palm is just junk.

I can believe how difficult it is to get this to work..!!!
