Palm VII sync with outlook 1

I am trying to sync a palm VII with outlook. I dont want to sync it with the email account of the person at that computer. Its for a secretary who uses the VP's palm and she needs it to sync with his outlook from her computer.

Is the information on something like an Exchange server? The easiest (but not secure) is to create a profile to the VP mailbox and just log into that. Might not be possible because of the security concerns. The synch process with pocketmirror looks at both the user in the profile and the location that email is being delivered to choose the synch location. Pocketmirror pro has a few more options- might want to look at that. Let me know if you find a good solution.
