I bought a Palm from Franklin-Covey and use their software, etc. at home. I'm happy with that. At work, we just changed to using Microsoft Outlook 98 with Exchange Server. I'm trying to sync with that also. No go. I've installed the latest Palm Desktop and HotSync Manager. Installation works but no sync with Outlook. The other people in the office say that they had an option on installation. I don't get that option. We've reinstalled Palm Desktop and HotSync. Still no go.

Anybody have any ideas?
TIA,
The program to link with Outlook is an option. Unless Franklin-Covey has deleted it off the CD, you should be able to browse the CD and find it.

If not, use one of your co-workers CDs to install it.

I found it on someone else's "Bonus Disk" which I didn't receive with mine. Works great.
