Palm Pilot m515

I have a Palm Pilot m515, using Lotus Notes 6.5 on a Windows 2000 machine using EasySync Pro 4.2 to sync it up with Lotus Notes. The problem is that the Palm and the Palm software sync up fine but when I install EasySync Pro 4.2, EasySync does not see the Palm. If I right click on thr HotSync icon, I should see EasySync listed as a conduit but I don't.

Has anybody had this type of problem and if so, how were you able to get around it?
