Palm OS 4.1 dialing win 2000 svr RAS session....

Need assistance in setting up a palm device to dial into a win 2000 svr RAS session. I have been able to connect with no password on the user account but will fail Authentication every time when using password. I believe there to be an issue with the encryption of the password but unsure at this time. The RAS is setup correctly just having errors and no-connects from the palm device. Any help is greatly appreciated.
