palm freezes

I tried to view a picture on my M130 and I was using jpegwatch. I was able to see the picture on palm desktop but when I tried to use jpegwatch it said "processing image"
and it locked my palm up. I have heard of a hard reset and a debug way of fixing this. Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this???

Sounds like a buggy application to me.
Refer to the softwares vendor for more information on how to solve this ... or simply change to another product.

It is a couple of picture programs out there.
