Palm & Day Timer Organizer 98

Does anyone know how to get data from the program Day Timer Organizer 98 into a Palm Pilot? It's not my own Palm, they don't have the manuals anymore, and I'm not finding any obvious answers looking around in the software...

Any help? It's a Win98 machine with a serial cable link to the Palm, and HotSync software (I believe was version 3.06).
