Palette box is in the way while in the command, can it be moved?

While in a command say using a lasso line, sometime I would run into the Tool bar palette or the full layers & stuffs palette, that would interfere me from completing the tracing. The question, while in the command, is there any short cut key to move those floating palettes?

I had used:
- Recently, I just learned about the space bar key, thank to you guys, which allowed to pan the image.
- Crl/Alt plus -/+ to zoom out and in to move the image away from these palettes.

But sometimes, I couldn't pan the image maybe I zoom to much and these floating palletes would still in the way.

try to use tab key to hide the palettes

Unfortunately that Tab shortcut won't work while you are in mid selection! I think it's just a situation where you have to think ahead Rumble, and switch to full sreen mode (with palettes hidden) before you begin your selection.
