Pal to NTSC conversion?

I am thinking about buying a PAL Canon XM2 camera from a friend. Most of my output will be in NTSC, though. Is there any easy way in After Effects to convert Pal DV to NTSC? Any help would be great!

Satandards Conversion! Do yourself a favour and buy a camera that meets the standards you will be working to! The loss of quality, time taken to convert and the other issues with sound sync make it NOT WORTH IT, no matter how cheap the camera.
