PaintshopPro -vs- Photoshop

About a year and a half ago I posted a thread up on the PaintshopPro forum regarding the pros and cons of PSP vs Photoshop:

I currently use PSP 6.1 and love it. The only reason why I don't use Photoshop is because I've never got round to trying it. As a web designer I'd be interested to know which of the two people prefer. A mate of mine has both and says he prefers neither as they offer different things.

After almost 18 months the debate rages on, but I've decided to post up the same question in this forum to see what you guys think. Just interested.

As I said in the PSP forum, I used both but I am starting to grow to love Photoshop, especially with the release of V6, a lot more than PSP. The only area where PSP has any real advantage now is with the optimizer but I haven't really got into the Photoshop one yet.
