This was a pointless inconvenience to keep the Corel_01 files to begin with, without them the program works smoothly.. After all that time! It was right under the nose.
Simply delete all the Corel_01-15 folders in the install directory and it will not lose anything but the annoying notification.
Here's a .bat file to quickly delete all these folders so you needn't empty the recycle bin either, just put this in the program's directory and run it.
That should solve it.
*If deleting the folders does not work, try turning off caching or update to 12.1
