I am trying to configure PAgP on SW1 and SW2 (SW1 is client mode and SW2 in server mode) but whenever i type the command [ Channel-group 1 mode desirable ] it says it is unknown command and help only shows that i can use on mode. what should i do??

What switches are they? It sounds like they are old 3500/2900XLs? If they are then throw them away.... Seriously if they are then download the documentation and realise they are old and won't support LOTS of what we see/need today.

i dont know what are they. i don't have real ones, i am practicing for CCNA exam via their website and i stocked in this instruction.

You are trying to put that command on the interfaces correct ? If so then you have a practice emulator that has issues as that should work . You can use channel-group X mode desirable or channel-group mode desirable non-silent , both should work .
