Paging

I want to interconnect the TSW with a paging system through TLU80.
It's clear in ALEX that it is not permitted to mix external lines with paging on the same board.
I executed the procedure below:

PAGIIIR=400,MSAR=2,SCD=2,SSAR=0,PCAT=100;
PASAI:SAR=0,VAR=0020000000,TYPE=PG2,THO=005060,TBL=2,REP=0;
PACHI:SAR=0,CHL=1,EQU=2-0-63-2;

then I call extension 400 to do paging but I have the message "paging requeste rejected".
Pleas let me know if I have a miising configuration...
also is there any need to define PG (NUMTYP) in NANSI!!!

The type of signaling used: ESPA or ?
And please specified the signaling protocol: dialtone, meet-me, speech etc.

The signalling standard is ESPA 4.4.3 standard.

Are you sure that that the connection towards the paging equipment is correct when it comes to the E wire?
If I remembers correctly (all my paging docs have been thrown out) this wire shoud be held at ground level in idle mode.
