Paging Zone question BCM 3.7

I have a customer with BCM 3.7. They want to put three extensions in a paging zone. I know that if they are off-hook they will not hear the page come through the speaker. As an alternative is it possible to do a Voice Call to a paging zone?. That way if they are off-hook they will at least get an inditcator on the phone and they can take the call if they want.

From what I know voice call requires you to dial an extension number so you can't go to internal page group because it is not an intercom number.

Asside from hooking up a spare phone just for voice call maybe setup a Hunt Group and have people intercom the HG for urgent calls.

Why not use the "Auto-Hold on Incoming Page" feature.
