paging volume on handsets

Any idea how to adjust the volume? They do a page sets, and it blasts throughout the place, and everyone gets startled...

When the page is happening press volume down.

If your page also goes over the external speakers, adjust the volume on the amplifier.

Thanks for the input. I told the people here that if it is too loud, to turn down the volume while the page is being broadcast. They want us to do it... $$$ yah!
