paging using single line ext

Hello

I tried programing an single line port as a paging port but when i dial ext 200 which is the ext i made for paging it says incompatible gives me an re-order tone any ideas

it is an extension port not a line port I presume, you can't just call an extension and expect the system to magically know what you want to do with it, make it a shortcode with dial paging feature and the extension you are using (200)
only works when you have a loop on that extension port (600 Ohm impedance)
