Paging Timeout

I have a customer which is a school district with a virtualized CM and G450 and G430 gateways in the individual locations. They are on 8.1.

They have an issue where pages are disconnecting after exactly 2 minutes.

The customer has a Bogen P135 Intercom system, integrated with the CM using a TAMB2 Telephone Paging Access Module. Onsite is a G450 Media Gateway with a MM711 card. They have other locations with G430 gateways and either MM711 or MM714 cards that are experiencing the same issue. The connection is programmed as a loop start trunk port with type of WATS. The system parameter field is set to use COR for trunk disconnect, and the disconnect timer on the
COR is set for 15 minutes.

We worked with the customer onsite and with Bogen support. Per Bogen the P135 and TAMB are set up correctly.

When everything is connected, and the paging trunk is accessed via the trunk group TAC the call is disconnected at exactly 2 minutes. The paging equipment was disconnected from the trunk port and a test set connected to the input of the TAMB and with the test set a page never disconnected, which points towards the CM as the problem.
