Paging through Viking HF-2WC

This site had Toshiba system installed and paging was working fine.
Now we have IPO v8.1 with analog extension port converted to Paging.
It's working but I can hear paging only when my ear one feet away from horn.
I'm not really comfortable with all this watts, Omh,etc. and hope get some help

Paging system Viking HF-2WC
Speakers: 2 25AE 8 ohm 5 watt
Power: 120V AC/13.8V AC 1.25A, UL listed adapter provided
Maximum Speaker Run: 91 m (300 ft) maximum, 18 AWG
Amplifier: 2 watt output power

Hope somebody used it before of at least has some ideas.

Switch it to a trunk port and try it.

As always solution was on surface. Probably designing engineer was left handed and made volume adjustment to go counter clockwise )))
