Paging system issue

Our Option 11 is currently set that whenever we dial 24, our paging system (independent intercom system that is not linked to our phone sets) is available.

(ACOD=2)





The problem that we are seeing today is that whenever we press 2, we get the message that the line is busy. We assume that someone left the line open or there is a bug with the system.



How can we reset this route to make it free again ?



We tried ld 32, and STAT, but we are unsure as to which card is being used for it.



Any help would be much appreciated.

one of those trunk groups will have one member and it should be a page route, that tn needs disu x y in load 32.

Don't know if this helps, but I usually set-up my paging route for Manu=yes and then there is a disconnect timer you can implement to auto-drop the trk after the timer expires. Not by the books so can't give the prompt right now.
 
The disconnect timer is call TFD in the RDB of the paging route. To get to it in LD16 when CNTL comes up say YES and TIMR enter TFD 30. It will disconnect after 30 seconds reguardless.
