paging system doesnt work on old att merlin system have problem with voice paging on merlin system

havent work on a merlin system in 10 years,have a customer that has an old att merlin system,his paging system that hooks up to the system dosnt work does anybody know what port on system controls the voice paging,have no manual or support to help me,any info appreciated
