paging space not mirrored

Hi,

I have created and additional paging space on my root volume group but when i check the lv information on rootvg using lsvg -l rootvg command the additional paging space which i have created is not showing mirrored.why?

Did you specify two copies of the LV? When you add an LV to to a VG that is already mirrored, the new LV isn't mirrored unless you specify you want two copies of the LV. Just go back and add a copy to the LV and sync the LV.

There should be no need to mirror paging space.
