I've got a MICS 6.1XC, using 2 page zones.
People in zone 2 say that they are occasionally hearing zone 1 pages. We've gone through set programming, both button programming and capabilities, all looks correct.
The users think it happens more during the morning when there is more system traffic, but we've not been able to duplicate the symptoms. One of the users thought it was one of the zone 1 receptionists, so we did a change DN and put her on a different port. Even rebooted last night, but they reported it happened once this morning.
Any ideas?

Are you sure that someone isn't paging all zones?

Good point.
That was the purpose of verifying button programming.
I don't think that our users are aware of pushing "Feature" and a code as opposed to pushing the page button.

This is probably too obvious, but are they actual human pages, or could it be a CallPilot paging someone, when a call goes to voicemail? If the mailbox programming in the CallPilot is for all zones, zone 2 would hear the page.

Voicemail is a NAM
Definitely human voices

Do the "zone 1" receptionists have a button to page zone 1, and a button to page zone 2? Is it possible that the wrong button is being pressed, and only zone 2 is being paged?

Receptionists only have their own zone page button.
Since the zone 2 area is smaller they have elected to do away with pages and yell instead.
