Is there a way to stop the paging from going over phones that people are currently taking a call. Problem is if someone is on a call, the page still comes through the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The only group paging that can come through a telephone that is in in use is on a MLX Telephone with Voice Announce NOT set to Idle only.

I would go to Central Program on all MLX Extensions and do Voice Announce/Receive/Idle Only.

That would fix it to when they are on the phone, they will not hear voice announcements.

Available in R7.0 Legend and all releases of Magix.
