The "VOLTAGE" comes from your Amp.
That is, the "PORT is a "DRY LINE" with no voltage, only a 600 Ohm termination.
Normal CO lines operate at 24 to 48 volts with 25 or so milliamperes of current, and that's what your amp emulates to the line port.

Unless your amplifier accepts such a connection, what you will need is an Avaya UPAM (Universal Paging Access Module) between the PBX and the amplifier.
