paging over analog ports

I have a customer who wants to use a bogen product called TAMB. Bogen say they use analog ports on the phone switch to page. Can you page over an analog port. I tried a test with a polycom analog conference phone and can't seem to page over it. The only thing is it is attached to an ATA and not an ASM port. This is on a BCM 400.

You connect the TAM B to an analog station port. You dial the DN of the analog station port, the TAM B answers the call and passes the audio out to your paging system.
