paging noise

I have 1100 and 1200 series IP sets and the customer also using cordless analog sets. using the paging port off the BCM450 rls 5. into bogen amp. alot of extra noise is comming over paging before and after you speak. It seems like the transmitter on the handset is very HOT or sensitive and sounds like white noise before and after you speak.
