Paging issue with Sip phones on UCX50

I have a ucx50 with Nortel T series, Snom and Polycom phones. I have programmed a page group 700 and highlighted all extensions in that group for group paging. I'm able to page through the Nortel's but not the Polycom or Snom. Both will ring twice and hangup. Is there any way to page through SIP phones???

In order to page SIP phones, they must support auto-answer and the auto-answer mode must be enabled/configured. UCx puts the following tags into the SIP header that should trigger auto-answer for different SIP phones:
Alert-Info: Ring Answer
Call-Info: [uri];answer-after=0
intercom=true
If your SIP phones support any of these tags, you should be able page them. Snom uses the Call-Info tag, Polycom uses the Alert-Info tag - that means it should be possible to get paging working with your phones.

Hey UCXGuy, thanks for the info. I was able to change the settings for the Snom with no problems through the web interface and it works just fine. However I'm having difficulty with how to access cfg files for the Polycom. What do you suggest???
