I am trying to configure an external Bogen UTI1 paging amp to an Avaya G450. I have an outgoing, loop start trunk set up with a TAC and an MM711 analog port 003v108 set up within the TG. I am using a 4 digit access code, the access code 7937 is configured in the uniform dialing plan as an AAR. In the aar ana table I pointed 7937 at route 137 and then to TG 137, I receive reorder tone and no circuit/channel available. I have also attempted the Loudspeaker Paging configuration.Obviously, I am doing this wrong. Any help is appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Have you tried just dialing the TAC of your trunk to see if that works? We have a paging system at a remote site, so I cannot tell you make/model, but that is how it is setup in CM for users to access.

You shouldn't need the TAC to be in UDP or any of that stuff. Just create the trunk group and dial the TAC.

1st Thanks for the response, I appreciate that. Actually shortly after I posted this I figured it out. After making an entry in loudspeaker paging I got it to work. That is what I was missing. I am now able to use the 4 digit Voice TAC followed by #.
