paging from an outside caller

Does anyone know if it is possible for an outside caller to dial in and page over the intercom system? if not, any other suggestion?

Use a station level page adapter instead of trunk level. Then you would dial to an extension number, ring and be answered, and then be connected to the amplifier.

You can use a Viking PA-2A hooked up to an analog extension. Requires a T/R extension card.

you might be able to play games with an analog station tied to a trk port

The Viking RAD 1 works very well using an analog tip/ring port.
