Paging from an external line

I have a mics and a bcm in 2 plants that wish to page each other from any phone line. I have heard of this but never had to connect before. They both have an external amp and 70v speakers. Any ideas?

the only way that i have been able to do this is using the disa dn, but it you are trying to do this by dialing an access code you'll need tie lines, but i have not used it that way.
