Yes but you need an amp or power supply for the valcom speakers.
2 leads to the speakers from 6X16 and 2 leads from power to speaker.

If you have self-amplified speakers then you don't need an amplifier. Look at the speakers to see if they have 4 wire input, 2 for voice and 2 for power (usually 24vdc).
