Is there a minimum milliamp requirement from the power supply to the UPAM/TAMB. I had a problem with a TAMB that had two outputs one with 35 milliamps and one with 450 milliamps. The 35 milliamp didn't work and the 450 milliamp worked like a champ. A friend of mine is using a UPAM that only has a 100 milliamp output and it's giving him the same problem my 35 milliamp gave me. Is universal actually universal?
