While on a call, if a user uses the paging system, the call goes automatically on hold for the duration of the paging, and as soon as the paging stops, the conversation resumes. ANy idea, what the problem is?
The customer (extension 223) is on a call (let's say on line 61). And ANOTHER USER (extension 224) hits the page button (Feature 611 to page the phones only). Then, the call on line 61 on extension 223 goes on hold for the duration of the hold, and the call resumes when the paging is over.
