I am trying to figure out hwo I would enable paging in XSL?

I am using a ASP.Net applications and I am assuming I would need to provide an arguements list to the XML document for Start and Resultsperpage. I am not quite sure how to do this. Also I would want to pass in a URL and build the page number scheme.

I am not quite sure where to start and wonder if anyone has examples?

There are quite a few different ways to do this, the best will depend on a number of factors. Need a bit more info/code to provide a decent answer.
