Hello
I am new to Crystal.I'm trying to setup Crystal ENT 9 and view reports over the web.I am using IIS and have created a virtual directory(reports)that points to the reports.But when I try to view over the web using

http://localhost/Crystal/reports/report.rpt

I get this error

Error encountered by Crystal PageServer
-----------------------------------------------------------
The error message returned is:

The Page Server you are trying to connect to is not accessible. Please contact your system administrator


The PageServer has definitely been started ,I have checked.The error pages states that the Pager server is called machinename.domain however in the config manager it uses the short name,could this be the problem

So it works fine unless you are opening a report using a URL?

Sometimes error messages aren't correct, and when they are they are often cryptic.

Test that the report runs in CE normally, then make sure that you also pass through the user/pw/parameters (if required).
