Pages ring at switchboard instead of going overhead

I work at at hospital. We have a Nortel 81C. Starting moments ago, our non-STAT paging number 61, when dialed, rings at our switchboard/console attendant. This happens from any phone we try. (I made no MAC this week) at I disabled the 61 TN and when i dialed 61 it just rang and rang. In times past if 61 had problems I believe it fast busied. I re-enabled 61 TN and it still rang back to the attendant. Attached are the TN's for the console, route of this paging number and the trace I did. (We do have a STAT paging number 60, which sounds a tone and then the announcement and that works fine.)

print the RDB for route 9

Suspect TARG is set to same as Sets and TGAR is turned on in LD 86 thus restricting call.

Problem solved: top button on Vertical Keystrip 1 was arrowed. By searching thru the console book I found that this is the Trunk Group Busy key section. Pressing the top key didn't undo the arrow; so had the attendant hit the SHIFT key and then the top left key and the arrow went away and other phones are again able to page overhead.

Either set the ATT_DATA OPT to XTG so routes cannot be "busied out"

or

Change the route numbers of critical routes to 10 or above.


Trunk Group Busy Keys serve little value in today's telecom world.
