Pager notification

I am using pager notification for voice mail on a Norstar System

Is there any way to limit the notification to only one time. If the email is not checked in a timely manner, it trys to send out another message to the pager. Most times, the second notification is not a real voice mail, but a canned message saying that the "system was not able to be accessed"

Also, is there any way to program a time frame for pager notificaion to operate. I only want it to function during normal business hours.

You will need to put the mailbox into a specific class of service, refer to the chart in Setup and Operation Guide for amount of retries/attempts to notify available.

In the user's mailbox you can setup the times you wish for it to start and stop and you may also have it page you with urgent messages only.

Log into mailbox, press admin then press 6.
