Looking for troubleshooting tips on pager notification on a CallPilot system. I have a user that is having a problem where he doesn't receive notification when someone leaves a v-mail. This is an intermittant problem . It appears that if he gets paged directly (not through the CallPilot) his pager works ok. Is there a way on the CP to do a trace. This is an older system version 2 but we are upgrading to version 5 in 2 weeks.
