pager notification on flash

One of my customers has pager notification for her mailbox. The problem is it takes 15 minutes for her to get the page. When she pages herself normally she gets pages rite away so I know it's not the pager company.

I have checked my programming and everything looks fine. I am clueless on why this would take so long for her to get her pages.

The KSU is 6x16 dr5
Voicemail is flash (not sure sw level)

Anyone have any thoughts

maybe it is waiting for an open channel or line. I would go onsite and check, making sure there are no other notify options in front of the pager. I remember flashes taking about 5 minutes to notify, but 15 sounds long
 
The Flash out dial channel is probably busy whenever the notification is attempted. It then waits the no answer reattempt timeout and trys again.

I have sat and watched the system. All lines are in a line pool and it takes a long time for the flash to select a line for dialing out for the pager. I have check my programming and eveything looks fine.

give it more channels for outdial to see if it makes a difference. I am assuming you have only one now. That would confirm tm's theory.
 
OK, makes sense, this is a stupid question how do I change the amount of outdial channels.
